Milo’s wellness exam & anti-epileptic Halloween draw 👻

We have made the decision to move Milo’s records from his regular vet clinic to another clinic. Milo’s normal veterinarian is our most trusted vet, but the clinic he works at has significantly reduced our rescue discount last year. Milo’s medication costs us over $150 every two months. By switching him to a vet clinic where our rescue discount is more generous, we can save on cost of his medication costs, which he gets twice daily mixed into a Churu (which are also costly). We intend to keep Milo on file with his old vet as well just in case we need his opinion on anything.
As you may know, Milo is extremely temperamental and can become easily confused and even fractious when he feels threatened in any way. He isn’t afraid to bite (and latch on and continue biting). But in order for us to request his expensive medication he does need to be seen. So we plan to give him gabapentin in advance and since we will be there with him it would be wise of us to run his wellness bloodwork.
Milo is blind and was born with severe Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a condition which affects his mobility and balance. He is not in any pain from CH.

Milo needs an exam, wellness bloodwork, and his anti-epileptic medication, and is booked for this on October 4.
