Supplies Wish List

Donations of the following items are graciously accepted. We can try our best to arrange pick up in the GTA depending on location and our schedule. Or we are happy to pick up at or near Lansdowne subway station. These are supplies we use on a regular basis at New Cat City:

Patty waiting for us to leave before he is comfortable eating. After feeding at this colony since January 2022, we finally trapped the final cat Patty in September 2023. He was found to be a senior with severe dental issues and also tested positive for FIV. Patty had a full mouth extraction surgery thanks to your support and went to live indoors permanently with his bestie Molly. In Dec 2024 Patty was guided across the rainbow bridge. He was compassionately gifted the most valuable thing he could be given, a humane end. We feel fortunate to know that Patty was able to enjoy living indoors with his bestie Molly for over a year before he got sick.

  • Royal Canin Feline Gastrointestinal Fiber Response Dry Cat Food available at most veterinary clinics
  • Royal Canin Urinary S/O dry food available at most veterinary clinics, however most require prescription. We can arrange for the donation to go through our vet, or happy to pick up donations you may already have leftover
  • Open Farm Kitten Chicken and Turkey recipe dry food available on Amazon, at Petsmart, and PetValu.

Wet Food

  • Royal Canin or Purina ProPlan Veterinary Feline Gastrointestinal Wet Cat Food
  • Royal Canin Urinary S/O wet food (pate or chunks/gravy) available at most veterinary clinics, however most require prescription. We can arrange for the donation to go through our vet, or happy to pick up donations from a previous prescription you may already have leftover.
  • Friskies, Fancy Feast, or any wet pate, any flavour, available at most companion animal supply shops and grocery stores
  • Whiskas wet food, any flavour or texture

Your gift of gently used (washed) blankets and towels of all sizes will help us to easier manage the rotational demands of bedding we place for our cats with CH, and the behavioural inappropriate urination two of them are prone to (medical reasons ruled out) which creates a need for towels which are used in place of plastic-lined puppy training pads. Please do not send down-filled duvets/comforters (blankets are preferred). We are happy to pick up donations in the GTA. Thank you for helping us make a difference.
